Return/Shipping Policy

Return Policy:

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase we are here to help. You can return product(s) to us within 30 days of purchase date. Just send us an email at gingerbabyco@gmail.com and we will provide a shipping label. Products must be:

-unused & unwashed

-in original packing with tags on

-without pet hair, or odors of any kind like cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant

-in new condition

You will be charged a handling fee of $5.99 that will be deducted from your return amount. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. The return needs to be sent within 7 days of receiving your shipping label or it will be void. Your return should be processed within two weeks of returning it, most refunds will be processed quicker than that though. 

Exchanges:

We are currently a small company and cannot hold product for exchanges, however, we may have what you need in stock, please email us so we can see what we can do for you!

Damaged or Defective:

We assess all our products for defects before they are sent to you, however we understand we may have missed something. If you want to return a defective item, you must provide a picture of defect via email. It must be provided within 15 days of purchasing the item. The item must remain with tag on, in original packaging, and unworn/unwashed. We are not responsible for damages done after the package has arrived at your home. 

Clearance/Sale Items:

These items are final sale, they are not eligible for return.
